There is no “one size fits all” protocol when it comes to your nutrition and health. In order for you to thrive and feel your best, you need a personalized approach. We’ll start with meaningful conversations and intake forms to help me understand your goals. If we collectively decide to do any laboratory testing, I’ll go ahead and get that set up for you (this might include food sensitivity testing, hair and mineral analysis, and hormone testing).
After reviewing your results, we’ll design a Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan tailored specifically for your unique needs. This often involves dietary changes, possible supplementation, and lifestyle adjustments (modifications to physical activity, stress management, sleep, daily habits, and more).

Through a therapeutic partnership we will work together to track your progress over time and adapt your wellness plan as necessary.

16 week package, $1600
This customized wellness program includes an initial 1-on-1 intake consultation (90 min) where we have a meaningful conversation about your health concerns & goals, review your health history, lifestyle, likes and dislikes. We also take a look at your food choices and how they may be impacting your body.
Within 7 days, you will receive a personalized plan of dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations to implement. You will also receive a meal plan and an offer to learn how to navigate the grocery store and how to stock your pantry (in-person|virtual). We will discuss the protocol and answer any questions you may have during a 1st follow up consultation (60 min).
Ongoing Support and Coaching (8 additional consultations, 30 minutes each). Our bodies take time to adapt, grow and heal. Here we will track your progress, talk about how my recommendations are going and revise as necessary, plus address any other matters you’d like to focus on as we continue to work together.
